Physical Monthly Planners - my thoughts on 2 options.

How do you choose a monthly planner? Here are some questions we all consider and my personal input.

1️⃣ Size Matters: When it comes to monthly planners, size can make a big difference in your planning experience. Consider your needs and preferences. Do you prefer a compact 8.5 x 11 planner that fits easily into your bag, or do you want a bit more space with an 8 x 12 planner? Think about your writing style and how much room you need to jot down your plans and notes.

I personally like planners that are the same size or smaller than any other books or devices I have so I’d choose the 8.5 x 11 format.

2️⃣ Color Print vs. Black & White: The choice between color and black & white print

largely depends on your personal style and how you plan to use your monthly planner. Colorful pages can add a vibrant touch to your planning, making it visually appealing and fun. On the other hand, black & white can be more classic and professional. Consider what inspires you and helps you stay organized.

The coloured print allows me to write in a black pen and the days still stand out, however I mostly use blue or coloured ink so the black and white would appeal more to me.

3️⃣ Extra Info Pages: Some planners come with additional pages like measuring charts,

maps, or inspirational quotes. These extras can be a game-changer for some, influencing their purchase decision. Do these extra pages need to align with your goals and intentions for the year?

For me, they are an extra and a nice to have but they don’t necessarily weigh much in my decision process.

Ultimately, the best monthly planner is the one that aligns with your lifestyle and helps you stay organized and motivated. Take your time to explore different options, read reviews, and don't be afraid to mix and match features to create your ideal planner. Happy planning! 📆✨ #MonthlyPlanner #OrganizationGoals #PlanningTips #StayOrganized #PlanningMarketer #Brownline #ataglance #2024planning
